How to pay your invoice online

1. Enter your invoice number, company name, and select the currency in which you wish to pay and the amount, then verify your status and click the confirm button to continue to the payment page.
2. Here you can enter your payment details and, if you wish, set up an account to speed up the process in future. To complete your payment, click the ‘Pay Invoice’ button at the bottom of the page.
3. You’re all done! You should receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after once the payment has been processed.

 

Paying multiple invoices

If you wish to pay further invoices in the same transaction you can add them by selecting the “add invoice” button on the bottom right of the invoice page.

Note: to pay multiple invoices at the same time, they must be in the same currency.

 

Setting up an account

Guest checkout is the default, but if you wish to set up an account to save time paying future invoices, you can do so at the payment information stage where you’ll see the options to create an account.

 

Timeout

While going through the payment process, if there’s no activity for more than 10 minutes, your page will timeout and you’ll have to re-enter your invoice number and start over.

 

Help, I made a mistake

If you make mistake with the invoice number, business name or currency, simply go back and re-enter your invoice number and the relevant details, then click continue. The details will be updated as you continue through the payment process.
